Delivery in 2 to 5 days :
(maximum delivery period regularly recorded after goods leave our warehouse)
Once we receive your order, we proceed to the preparation and delivery of the products you have ordered. It can take a maximum of 10 days to reach you, depending on the region in which you live in (in Metropolitan France). In most cases, delivery takes 2 to 5 days. We have signed a service contract with a leading transport firm whose services are strict and whose service rates are very high.
You can specify a desired delivery date on the order form. We will do our best to respect this date, as will our delivery agent. It can not be considered as a mandatory date for parcel delivery.
You can also add your telephone number(s)on the order form so that :
- the haulier may make a delivery appointment,
- the transport service has information with which to contact you directly should it be necessary.
Reception of your order :
The packaging of the product is systematically checked before shipment.
Trampolines are delivered in boxs, on top of palettes. Please check the number and condition of the parcels. Refer to the delivery note the driver includes with your order.
- If you discover that there is a major problem, notify the delivery driver of any reservation you have in accepting the parcels, describing carefully the visual appearance of the parcels before signing for them. The more detailed the report of your reservations, the more likely we will be able to justify damages concerning the delivery service. The notation “subject to unpacking” has no judicial value. An unexplained reservation will lead to non-refund of the damaged piece or entire order if order is refused and returned.
- If the condition of the box seems suspicious, take time to unpack parcels and to inspect the material before signing the delivery notice. This is completely within your rights, even if the driver declares that he/she is in a hurry. We thank you for describing the state of the merchandise specifically on the delivery note and especially the number of pieces missing.
Our trampolines are heavy pieces of equipment. When delivering these parcels, the delivery man may ask for someone’s help to unload the material, especially to avoid damage to the product. If you are able and willing to help and if the delivery agent asks you, we thank you for your assistance. Your trampoline may then be more easily placed where you wish, while awaiting assembly. It may be advisable if possible to provide a cart or two-wheeled trolley at the time of delivery to help you move your equipment in its packaging.
