The manufacturer’s warranty period covers all parts of the trampoline under normal conditions of use : this includes the trampoline itself as well as all the trampoline accessories.

It can not apply to misuse, neglect or normal wear. You will find the detailed conditions of the application of the warranty of our trampolines on the Warranty page (Find out more...) and the warranty periods in the description of each of our trampolines.

Whatever the case, we voluntarily limit the warranty periods of our trampolines in order to anticipate any excess in the determination of a possible problem. Your France Trampoline equipment will last well beyond the provided warranty period. This comment can be proven by our experience as trampoline specialists.

Thanks to our experience in the industry, we always have spare parts and accessories for your trampolines. Simply call us and we will send you the spare part as quickly as possible.
