Rest assured that once your trampoline is delivered, we will guarantee the supply of spare parts for many years to come. We pay special attention to our after sales service and to our clients who wish to take care of their equipment throughout its lifespan. Our inventory of spare parts is quite long and includes parts that you might need, even if it is not a trampoline from France Trampoline !
If this is the case, we may very well have a part that corresponds to your trampoline or is close enough allowing the part to be adapted appropriately. And if we don’t have the part, we can provide an estimate for the manufacturing of a jumping surface or a protective pad.

Protective pad
The protective pad ensures that there is no contact between the user and the hard parts of the trampoline, meaning the springs or the frame. With its standard dimensions, it is adaptable to most of the round trampolines on the market.In order to correctly determine the diameter that corresponds to your needs, you should measure the following elements on your trampoline :
- Outside diameter (steel structure) of the trampoline.
- Outside length (including hooks) of a spring at rest.
- Width of pad currently in place (if possible).
Jumping surface
Over the course of your trampoline’s life, you may need to replace the jumping surface. Besides our jumping surface line for trampolines, quite often we are in a position to supply you with jumping surfaces that adapt perfectly to your standard-sized equipment.In order to determine the jumping surface that corresponds best to your needs, we ask that you measure the following parts of your trampoline :
- Outside diameter (steel structure) of the trampoline.
- Outside length (including hooks) of the springs at rest.
- Number of springs on the trampoline.
- Protected against corrosion
- Outside length of 180, 185, 215, 230 or 250 mm including hooks,
- Wire diameter : 3.2 or 3.3 mm,
- Spire diameter : 26 or 28 mm,
- High coil tension for dynamic power,
- Conical extremities for heightened power at the beginning of elongation 180, 215 et 230 mm models,
- Delivered in boxed packaging.
