We provide service after sale that can address any type of trampoline, regardless of manufacturer, regardless of original supplier.

With the understanding that your trampoline is designed to accommodate your children’s needs for many years, we put everything in place to address your after sale service needs during the period of warranty of your trampoline and all the years that follow ! If a spring is stretched, a piece is missing following a move, or if a pad or jumping surface is damaged, we permanently stock replacement parts for your trampoline. Simply ring us up, and we will send you the replacement part as quickly as possible. If your trampoline was not made by our firm, we will determine together which part best corresponds to and adapts to your needs. We will therefore await your consent before sending the part. Attention: we are unable to replace or exchange an unsuitable replacement part after the client has authorised shipment.

Repairs

And if ever this were not the case, we could with your authorisation, repair a specific piece of your equipment, even if it is not a France Trampoline piece. We can also repair reinforcements of the jumping surface, protection pads or the steel frame (body and feet).

Our only limitation is that we will not agree to repair an opening on a black Permatron Polypropylene jumping surface (round and octagonal models) whether it is the result of a cut or wear and tear. This is because, according to our experience, we know that the repair will not last over time. Because this is a matter of essential trampoline safety, we prefer not to repair but to replace the entire jumping surface.
