I am a bit late, but I wanted to thank you very much for the expert handling of our order. The order was placed Monday, late morning, and it was received on Tuesday at 10 o’clock! It would be hard to be any faster. The trampoline arrived in excellent condition and it was easy to assemble.

I wanted to send you this email to thank you for my 360 Booster trampoline. Not only was the person I spoke with on the phone very willing to assist me and answer all my questions very kindly, but the order by telephone was recorded and confirmed the same day, and the delivery was extremely fast! Bravo and thank you. As for my trampoline, it is splendid, and exceptionally high quality. Assembly was rather simple (except for the fact that my husband failed to read until the end of the assembly instructions, and set the safety net on the outside of the posts, which made it difficult to easily close the opening door). Fortunately, I rang up straight away, and you told me to quickly to undo the net and to put it INSIDE the posts, which I then did. It’s wonderful. The door is impeccable, and it gives it a whole other look! I have a little four year-old daughter, and she is constantly jumping, and she never leaves the trampoline. I have two other older children, aged 15 and 17 who also love to jump! Like lots of people, the only regret I have is not having had the idea to get a trampoline much sooner. Again, congratulations for making a quality and safe product, and I will highly recommend it to anyone who asks me for your website and number.

We got the trampoline as promised, even slightly early since it arrived Friday in the morning or early afternoon, when you had confirmed Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. For an order made Wednesday evening, this is really efficient on your part! It was assembled and 12 children were invited over to enjoy it all weekend (and it was a beautiful weekend!). You should know that they did not get off the trampoline the whole weekend, and they used it not just as a trampoline but also as a play area. It is an ideal product!

I want to thank you and say congratulations. Not only did we receive the trampoline when we were told, but it was actually quite early. You promised to have it for us on Monday, the 25th, possibly on Friday the 22nd, but we received it on Thursday the 21st in the early afternoon, less than two days after we made the order, even though we rang in the early evening! So, bravo!
Add to that the quality of the product we received. We are thrilled! Lastly, we were very pleased to receive a small training trampoline which we did not expect.
Thanks again to the whole France Trampoline team, and in particular the person who very kindly took my order over the phone last Tuesday evening just as she was leaving the office.
I know people ring up more often with complaints than with compliments, so I wanted to send this message. I am giving it a visual illustration also by sending a photo of the assembled trampoline. I received and installed the net last weekend. It is better than we hoped. The material is exceptionally comfortable and your work is exemplary. The finishing and the quality of the production are remarkable.
To let you know, I used 12 mm all aluminium tubes and a piece of 8mm Dynema (5 ton resistance). The eyelets (104 in all) are chemically sealed with concrete (1 ton per cm²).
I will send photos when the work on the mezzanine is completely finished.
